What are incense bracelets?

Incense bracelets (also called incense beads or scent beads) are handcrafted bracelets made from traditional Chinese incense recipes — such as agarwood (chenxiang), sandalwood, and herbal blends like Jiang Zhen Xiang and Bai Long Xian. Worn on the wrist, they release a gentle, long-lasting fragrance and are valued for calm, focus, and everyday mindfulness.

How long does the fragrance last?

With regular wear, the fragrance can last from several months to years. To refresh the scent, you can lightly rub the beads or store them in a sealed bag when not in use. Keep them away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to preserve the aroma.

How do I choose my bracelet size?

Most of our bracelets come in standard sizes based on bead diameter (for example 8mm, 10mm, or 12mm). Measure your wrist circumference with a soft tape or a piece of string and compare it with the product description. If you need a custom size, contact us and we will be happy to help.

How should I care for my bracelet?

Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfume, and lotion. Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, or exercising. Gently wipe with a soft dry cloth when needed and store it in the provided pouch or a cool, dry place.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Standard international delivery takes about 7–20 business days, and express delivery takes about 3–7 business days, both with tracking.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Yes. Every CHA SHOW piece is handcrafted from carefully sourced materials, using traditional Chinese incense formulas and craftsmanship. Each product is quality-checked before shipping.
