We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted wearable incense pieces.<br><br><strong>Returns</strong><br>You may return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.<br><br><strong>Non-returnable items</strong><br>For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.<br><br><strong>Damaged or defective items</strong><br>If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@chashow.cc with photos, and we will replace it or issue a full refund.<br><br><strong>Refund process</strong><br>Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.<br><br><strong>Shipping costs</strong><br>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.<br><br><strong>Contact</strong><br>For any return questions, email us at hello@chashow.cc.
