Our 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your CHA SHOW bracelet. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Handcrafted pieces are inspected carefully; items with signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable unless required by local law.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at jinting.wen@foxmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will reply within 1â2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5â10 business days and will be issued to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and are shipped once the returned item is received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
