## Returns & Refunds We want you to love your CHA SHOW piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. ### What can be returned? - Any unused bracelet in its original packaging - Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resellable condition ### How do I start a return? Email us at support@chashow.cc with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours. ### Refund timeline Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. ### Non-returnable items - Custom or personalized orders - Items marked as final sale ### Shipping costs Original shipping charges are non-refunded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos — we'll make it right.
